Cat Interact is a simple to use and intuitive platform that can be easily accessed from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer, helping Cat dealerships manage communications and customer interactions all in one place. As the lead UX/UI designer of this application, I am responsible for the research, synthesis, design, and execution to achieve the business and customer goals of this B2B and B2C digital product.

This is an example of a work order details page. This view is where dealer employees can manage all details and coordinate communication from within the dealership and to the customer. Due to the nature of how heavy equipment is serviced, this application is compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices so users can work in multiple locations and maintain the same app experience no matter what device they are on.
